Renee Blanchard

Renee Blanchard, PMP, is an experienced Program Manager at GovCIO since June 2021, providing leadership to the VRE PSES Program for the Office of Information Technology and overseeing contract management with the VA Office of Information Technology. Previously, Renee served as a Senior Project Manager, managing multiple government IT projects and facilitating Agile transitions. Prior roles include Project Manager and Administrative Pastor at Living Hope Church, where responsibilities included project management and team development, and ISO Documentation Coordinator at Aptar, leading a significant DMS SAP implementation and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership/Counseling from Lee University.
