Sam Gabor

Sam Gabor is a legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring law, currently serving as a Partner at Gowling WLG since December 2022. Gabor has also been a Legal Committee Member for the Canadian Blockchain Consortium since June 2022 and previously held roles at Dentons as a Senior Associate and Trademark Agent from May 2019 to December 2022 and at Taylor McCaffrey LLP as an Insolvency and Restructuring, Intellectual Property, and Litigation Lawyer from June 2011 to March 2019. Gabor began a legal career as an Articling Student-at-Law and Legal Summer Student at Taylor McCaffrey LLP and previously worked in supply chain management and as a league coordinator in sports. Gabor holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies with a minor in Economics, also from the University of Manitoba, where achievements included being on the Dean’s Honours List.
