Chatham Baker

Chatham Baker began their career in 2003 as a designer and co-founder at WIZE design. In 2007, they joined Smith Optics as a Senior Graphic Designer, Art Manager, and Art Director, eventually becoming Creative Director in 2015. In 2017, they joined Signature Products Group as Vice President of Brands, where they launched Carhartt Pet Gear in 2019, Carhartt Universal Auto in 2020, Carhartt Belts and Wallets in 2020, Jeep Dog Gear in 2021, and Carhartt Bags and Packs in 2022. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as Global Brand & Marketing at Gozney.

Chatham Baker attended Rhode Island School of Design in 1997, where they studied Illustration. Chatham then attended Colby College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts.
