Cyntia Aliaga is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Co-Founder of Givver and Founder of Unfound Talent. With prior experience as an advisor at Gr4vy, Inc. and holding leadership roles including Head of Talent at Sequence and Head of People and Talent at Tymit, Cyntia has demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing talent frameworks. Cyntia earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2011, and has furthered education at Acacia Learning in 2014.
