Andrea Carlevato

Andrea Carlevato is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across major companies. Currently serving as Head of Engineering for Payments & Financial Services and Core Experience at Grab, Andrea manages a team of over 210 engineers and oversees multiple business units in the Southeast Asian marketplace. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Spotify, responsible for the Spotify Connect Embedded team, and Engineering Manager at Uber, leading the global Rider Payments team. Andrea's career began at TomTom, progressing through various engineering and management roles, including Senior Software Development Manager. With an Executive Leadership Program education from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Politecnico di Torino, Andrea combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.
