Nikhil Dwarakanath

Nikhil Dwarakanath is an accomplished professional with a robust background in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Group Head of Data & Analytics at Grab since July 2017. Nikhil leads initiatives in Data & Analytics and drives product development for AI & Data Platforms while sponsoring user growth. Prior to this, Nikhil held positions at Snapdeal, where as Senior Director of Data Science, oversight was provided to Product, Search, and Ads, significantly contributing to the business's growth. Nikhil's earlier experience at GENPACT included incubation of analytical engagements and management of a large team of Data Scientists. Nikhil's foundational career began at GE Capital, followed by multiple analytical roles. Nikhil's academic qualifications include an AMPBA from the Indian School of Business, an Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, among other educational credentials.
