The Human Resources and Program Management Team at Grace Farms Foundation oversees both employee welfare and the strategic implementation of the Foundation’s interdisciplinary programs. The Director of Human Resources focuses on recruiting, training, and employee relations to foster a supportive work environment. The Strategic Program Director ensures the seamless execution of various humanitarian initiatives, while the Director of Stewardship and Engagement works to build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhances public involvement in the Foundation’s mission. Together, they support the Foundation’s goal of creating a peaceful and engaging community.
