Thelma Garcia

Thelma Garcia is a highly experienced Project Engineer with a focus on the design of potable water and wastewater systems. Since January 2018, Thelma has been contributing to GRAEF while simultaneously serving at CES Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. since October 2013. Previous experience includes a role as Associate Civil Engineer at MWH Americas Inc. from March 2007 to January 2011, where participation in a significant $873 million utility expansion project in Florida took place. Thelma's foundational experience includes serving as a Task Leader and Automated Logistics Specialist in the US Army from January 2000 to June 2005, with a deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003-2004. Thelma holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and an Associate of Science from Miami Dade College.
