Aleksandar Angelov

Aleksandar Angelov, Ph.D., is an experienced researcher and engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an R&D Engineer at Graham Packaging since April 2019, Aleksandar has previously held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at TE Connectivity, where significant process improvements were achieved through innovative technology implementation in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Molding. With a strong background in project efficiency enhancements and manufacturing technology assessments, Aleksandar also contributed as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at TE Connectivity. Prior experience includes research as a Research Assistant at Lehigh University, developing advanced numerical models for micro-molding, and quality engineering in Bulgaria. Educated at Lehigh University, Aleksandar holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree from the Technical University of Varna.
