Shay Wingate

Shay Wingate, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director of EHS & Site Services at GRAIL, Inc., a position held since March 2021. Previous experience includes roles as EHS Manager at Jabil Packaging Solutions and Berry Global, Inc., as well as Environment Health Safety Manager for Green Wood, Inc. under GE Aviation. Earlier in the career, Shay was an EHS Coordinator at AW North Carolina and a Sr. Bio-Process Technician at Merck, where responsibilities included managing vaccine production processes. Additionally, experience as a Safety Compliance Officer for the North Carolina Department of Labor/OSHA involved conducting workplace inspections and ensuring compliance.
