Badsha Faysal Kabir

Badsha Faysal Kabir has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Support Systems Planning and Principal Solution Architect at Grameenphone Ltd since April 2015. Responsibilities include acting as Scrum Master for multiple product domains, managing product backlogs, and facilitating agile processes to improve team performance. Previous roles include Lead Manager of the HRIS team and Software Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture, focusing on Workday integration and development. Earlier experience also includes positions at GPIT and Prime Tech Ltd, where Kabir contributed to HRMS solutions and web-based software projects. Kabir holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Security from Bangladesh University of Professionals and a BSC in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University.
