Rebecca Neusteter

S. Rebecca Neusteter currently serves as the Executive Director of the University of Chicago Health Lab, a position held since April 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Fellow and Policing Program Director at the Vera Institute of Justice from August 2016 to April 2020, and Director of Research, Policy, and Planning at the New York City Police Department from February 2015 to September 2016. S. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Criminal Justice from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, an MS in Urban Policy Analysis & Management from The New School's Milano School, and a BA in Sociology from Chapman University.
