Michal Katz is the current Secretary/Treasurer at GRAMMY Museum. Prior to this, Katz was with Forbes Finance Council, Mizuho, and Nuance Communications. At WEYV, Katz held the title of Advisory Board Member from January 2018 to July 2019. From March 2013 to October 2019, Katz was Co-Head of Global Technology Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. At Barclays, Katz was Managing Director from September 2008 to March 2013, advising techonology companies on diverse financing and strategic advisory transactions. Prior to Barclays, Lehman Brothers employed Katz as Managing Director from October 1996 to September 2008 where they provided financial advisory services to technology companies with a focus on the enterprise and software sectors. Skadden Arps employed Katz as an Associate from January 1994 to December 1996. Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman employed Katz as an Associate from January 1991 to December 1994.
Michal Katz graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in Political Science. Michal then attended New York University School of Law, where they earned their JD. After law school, they attended Directors College at Stanford Law School.
