Philippe Rio

Philippe Rio currently serves as Président at SPL SEER since October 2023 and as President of Régie Eau Grand Paris Sud since August 2020. Additionally, Philippe Rio has been the Maire of Ville de Grigny since February 2012 and holds the position of Vice Président at Grand Paris Sud since March 2016, focusing on energy transition, ecological issues, waste management, water cycles, and biodiversity. Philippe Rio also presides over AFCDRP-Maires pour la Paix France since January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Urbanism from Sciences Po (1997-1998) and further studies at IHEDATE between 2021 and 2022.
