Omar Estrada Torres

Omar Estrada Torres, Ed.D, serves as the Student Affairs/Student Conduct Practice Lead and Director of Strategic Partners and Client Relations at Grand River Solutions since August 2022, focusing on equity issues related to compliance with Title IX, Title VII, VAWA, and the Clery Act. Concurrently, Omar holds positions as an Adjunct Professor and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at Clark Atlanta University, along with being Dean of Student Services & Campus Life. Previous experience includes roles such as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at SUNY College at Old Westbury, Associate Dean of Students at The Catholic University of America, and various positions at St. John's University and Texas Christian University. Omar's educational background comprises a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University at Albany.
