Title IX and Civil Rights

The Title IX and Civil Rights team at Grand River Solutions is responsible for providing comprehensive support and services related to Title IX compliance, civil rights investigations, and adjudications to K-12 schools and institutions of higher education. This includes coordination of Title IX and EEO Director services, conducting thorough and impartial investigations, facilitating informal resolutions, and overseeing hearing and appeals processes. Additionally, the team manages DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ADA/504 coordinator services, ensuring schools meet federal and state regulatory requirements while promoting an equitable and safe educational environment.
