Jessica Jennrich, PhD, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Student Success and Belonging at Grand Valley State University, a role held since July 2013 where responsibilities include increasing student retention and building relationships with diverse learner communities. Jennrich has held several leadership positions at Grand Valley State University, including Interim Assistant Vice President of Social Justice Centers and Director of the Center for Women and Gender Equity, focusing on executing strategic plans and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes the role of Director of the Center for Gender and Student Engagement at Dartmouth College, and Director of Undergraduate Advising, Curriculum, and Programming for the Women's and Gender Studies Department at the University of Missouri. Jennrich holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MA in Women's and Gender Studies from Eastern Michigan University, and a BA in English from Bowling Green State University.
