Nicole Cannon

Nicole Cannon currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Granite Construction since June 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Training Manager at Truebeck Construction from February 2018 to June 2024, where significant contributions included identifying training gaps and implementing comprehensive training programs and an industry-standard Learning Management System. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Development Coordinator at Intuit from March 2015 to February 2018, managing a global leadership development program and overseeing training budgets. Earlier in Nicole's career, a role as Training Manager at Webcor Builders involved developing and facilitating employee training programs, along with preparing monthly status reports for senior management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
