Katie Nightingale

Katie Nightingale, FCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP since September 2019, following roles as Associate Director and People Consulting Manager. Previously, Katie held positions at Kier Group as Head of Early Careers and Early Careers Manager, and at Signalling Solutions Limited as Talent & Succession Specialist. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Academy Project Manager/Tutor at De Vere Academy of Hospitality, People & Development Manager at De Vere Hotels, and various HR Advisor positions at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, RS Components, and Bourne Leisure. Katie started their career as an HR Co-ordinator and HR Administrator at Marriott Hotel. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Hertfordshire.
