Jen Lechlitner

Jen Lechlitner is a seasoned professional in the paper manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since January 2016. In this role, Jen manages Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Technical Services for the Kalamazoo mill, overseeing the production of over 3000 tons per day of coated recycled paperboard. Jen has a substantial background with previous roles including Sr. Process Engineer at Appvion and various managerial positions at Glatfelter and MeadWestvaco. Jen's career began with internships in process engineering and technical services, complemented by a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Paper Engineering from Western Michigan University.
