Munish Kumar Rathi

Munish Kumar Rathi is currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing for the Domestic Chlor Alkali Business at Grasim Industries Limited, part of the Aditya Birla Group, since October 2023, where efforts are focused on building synergies across units to achieve business excellence. Rathi has held various leadership positions at the Aditya Birla Group from June 2007 to October 2023, including President of Thai Rayon Public Company Ltd and Joint President and Unit Head of Aditya Birla Chemicals Thailand Ltd, overseeing a USD 80 million Chlor-Alkali business. Previous roles included Senior Vice President and Unit Head at Aditya Birla Insulators, with a progressive career encompassing positions such as Vice President, General Manager, and Assistant Vice President. Rathi's early career included engineering and analytical roles at prominent organizations like Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Bharat Electronics Limited, and Infosys. Rathi holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, along with various certification programs aimed at enhancing leadership and managerial skills.
