Emily Bowlin

Emily Bowlin uses her municipal law experience to assist clients with their real estate and development needs, all while cutting the red tape where possible.

Prior to joining Gray Reed, her practice primarily consisted of advising municipalities, economic development corporations and other governmental entities on a wide range of legal matters including land use and development, general real estate transactions, competitive bidding and procurement, elections, property tax rates, contracts, franchises and other transactional matters.
