Justin Cowan

Justin Cowan’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation and tort litigation at both the state and federal court levels. He handles a wide variety of complex litigation for clients including resolving contractual disputes, warranty issues, personal injury claims, construction disputes, fraud, and property and liability insurance coverage issues. Justin has helped achieve favorable outcomes for clients on both sides of the aisle, and he is committed to ensuring that his clients feel like they are getting first-class representation through every step of the litigation process.

Justin received his B.J. from the University of Missouri—Columbia and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. While attending law school, Justin was heavily involved in the school’s nationally recognized advocacy program. He received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award in 2020, and he was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Justin was also a member of the South Texas Law Review.
