Lance Wattles

Lance Wattles currently serves as Group Manager - MEP at Gray since November 2022, after a tenure as Operations Manager at MYR Group from March 2021 to November 2022. Previously, Lance held the position of MEP Manager at Turner Construction Company from October 2019 to February 2021, and was Sr. MEP Manager at M. A. Mortenson Company from September 2013 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Lance worked at Gray Construction as MEP Manager from March 2012 to September 2013, and spent nearly a decade at PCL Construction in various roles including MEP Project Manager and MEP Coordinator from 2003 to 2012. Educational background includes studies at PennTech from 1986 to 1987.
