Ben Barone

Ben Barone serves as the Head of Product at Grayce since July 2024. Previously, Ben held the position of VP of Product, Platform & Experience at Get Well from June 2019 to July 2024, where efforts were focused on enhancing healthcare navigation for patients and families. Ben's experience also includes roles as Managing Director and Director of Mobile Products, and Senior Product Manager at Get Well, driving health outcomes for over 400 health system clients. At Ad Hoc LLC, Ben worked as a Product Manager in Digital Identity & Personalization, contributing to the relaunch of VA.gov. As Co-founder and CEO of Coresights, Ben combined virtual reality with biofeedback to promote wellness. Earlier roles included practicing biofeedback and training Olympic athletes in psychophysiology. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master's degree in Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and participated in the Play Labs Accelerator at MIT.
