Allison Pizzi

Allison Pizzi is a seasoned professional in organizational learning and talent development with extensive experience in managing training programs, onboarding processes, and leadership development initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Learning at Graycor since January 2022, Pizzi previously held the position of Training and Development Manager at MSI Express, where onboarding efficiency was enhanced across multiple facilities. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Hub Group included roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Development, where Pizzi oversaw project management for corporate training and the development of leadership programs, as well as spearheading the implementation of Oracle’s Learning Cloud platform. Pizzi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Corporate Communications, complemented by a minor in History from Northern Illinois University.
