Martin Philo

Martin Philo currently serves as a Tech Fellow at GrayMatter Robotics, focusing on the development and enhancement of robotic manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, Martin held various significant positions, including Technology Manager and Manufacturing Technology Team Lead at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities included leading teams in the advancement of complex metallic forming processes. Martin's experience also encompasses roles as Engineering Manager at Hi-Shear Technology and Senior Design Engineer at Seal Science, among others, with expertise in areas such as electro-explosive devices, sealing applications, and flexible metallic fuel lines for rocket engines. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, and Material Science from California State University-Sacramento.
