Giri Iyer

Giri Iyer, CCXP, currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support and Success at Rubrik, Inc., a role held since September 2016. At Rubrik, Iyer has played a pivotal role in developing the first cloud data management platform that provides comprehensive data management solutions for hybrid cloud enterprises. Prior to Rubrik, Iyer held senior positions at Ruckus Wireless and Infoblox Inc. as Vice President of Global Customer Advocacy, focusing on customer support and advocacy. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Inktomi Corporation and Alteon Web Systems, managing technical support for key strategic accounts. Iyer holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.
