Steve Khadam-Hir, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Implementation Services at Great Minds, where responsibilities include supporting the effective implementation of curriculum products in the Greater Houston area. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Steve has held roles such as Director of Leadership Development at BES and Leadership Facilitator at The Holdsworth Center, focusing on leadership development for Principals and Superintendents in Texas. Previous positions at KIPP Texas Public Schools include Director of Talent Development, Fisher Fellow & Founding Principal, and Principal, as well as earlier roles as Assistant Principal and 5th Grade Science Teacher. Steve's educational credentials include an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University.
