Funda Sezgin

Funda Sezgin is an accomplished Regional Vice President at Great Place to Work® Turkey since 2019, with extensive experience in business development, sales, HR consulting, and employee experience across multiple countries. Funda's role includes leading digital learning, employer branding, and culture audits, with oversight of projects in various regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In addition to the regional responsibilities, Funda serves as a Global Implementation Consultant at Great Place to Work US, focusing on SaaS-enabled business transitions in over 60 countries. Previous positions include Vice President and Global Board Member for PWN Global, HR Director at Deloitte, and Head of HR at Baxter International Inc., all contributing to a strong foundation in human resources and diversity initiatives. Funda holds an Executive MBA from Sabanci University in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management, alongside multiple executive education programs at Harvard Business School and other prestigious institutions.
