Jeffrey Winter

Jeffrey Winter is currently an advisor at Great Point Partners. Prior to this, they were the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Chairman of Autism Learning Partners from January 2015 to May 2019. While at Autism Learning Partners, Jeffrey successfully transformed the company with an annualized CAGR over 35% EBITDA in high teens and created metric standards that were successfully realized. Jeffrey also expanded the company's footprint to 15 states and all major markets in California.

From October 2010 to October 2014, Jeffrey served as the Executive Vice President and President of the Hospital Division for Kindred Healthcare. As President, they were responsible for the division's strategic growth, financial performance, operational performance, and quality performance. The Hospital Division is a 3 Billion revenue division with over 28,000 employees and 125 Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Hospitals in the U.S.

Prior to their time at Kindred Healthcare, Jeffrey served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Providence Health and Services in California from October 2009 to October 2010.

Jeffrey Winter has a MBA from Golden Gate University in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University in Psychology and Community Health Education.
