Frank Governali, a retired Partner/Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co., is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He began his career as a commercial lending officer with Chase Manhattan Bank in 1979 and subsequently covered the global telecommunication sector as an equity research analyst over 21 years.
Frank graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 and received his MBA in Finance from NYU in 1979. Having moved to Maine in 1993, Frank and his wife Terry Ann Scriven, M.D. raised their three children in Cape Elizabeth, where they still reside.
Frank serves on a variety of non-profit boards including: Gulf of Maine Research Institute - Vice-Chairman; Great Schools Partnership – Treasurer; Episcopal Diocese of Maine – President, Trustees of Diocesan Funds; St. Alban’s Episcopal Church - Treasurer & Stewardship Chair; CEI Ventures – Board Member.
Frank has served on the GSP Board since 2008. As a member of the finance committee, Frank assists in the approval and monitoring of the annual budget.
