Sean Urke

Sean Urke is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority since November 2019, Sean has also held various positions in human resources including HR Representative roles focused on recruitment, retention, HRIS, and compensation. Prior experience includes a recruiter role at Premier Health Partners and staffing coordination at HomeInstead. Sean's career began as a client service manager at Homecare by Blackstone, and extended through roles including lead scheduler and unit service manager. Sean graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a focus on 20th Century literature, film, and poetry.
