Nancy Spangler

Nancy Spangler, PhD, currently serves as President of Spangler Associates Inc., providing expertise in health issues and organizational performance since January 1994. In addition to this role, Nancy is a Senior Consultant at Mindful Momentum, focusing on resilience-building in workplaces, and a Leadership Coach at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Nancy collaborates with the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as part of the Workplace Mental Health Team to enhance awareness and practices related to mental health in organizations. Nancy also holds an adjunct professor position at Rockhurst University, teaching occupational therapy graduate students about learning and health promotion. Furthermore, Nancy has held various positions in other institutions, including senior advisory roles and faculty positions, and has extensive experience in workplace health promotion from earlier work with Saint Luke's Health System. Educational credentials include a PhD in Therapeutic Science and multiple degrees in Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Medical Center.
