Eloise Rousseau

Eloise Rousseau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and infrastructure coordination. Currently serving as Infrastructure Data and Innovation Lead Maternity Cover at the Greater London Authority since October 2021, Eloise has previously held roles such as Principal Policy Officer and Urban Planning Manager at Arup. Eloise's notable tenure at the City of Cape Town spanned eight years, during which significant contributions were made in various capacities, including Principal Spatial Planner and Senior Spatial Planner. Key achievements include authoring a data business plan, refining the Municipal Spatial Development Framework, and leading the 'Proactive Land Use Application in the Langa Quarter' project, which received the City of Cape Town Service Excellence Award.
