Leila Mottahedeh

Leila Mottahedeh is an experienced policy officer currently serving as an Innovation Senior Policy Officer at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since July 2022, on secondment from the Department for Business and Trade. With a robust background in government roles, Leila held the position of Deputy Area Lead at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) since May 2012 and worked as an Information Consultant at HM Revenue & Customs from July 2001 to April 2012. Leila holds a Master of Arts in Information & Library Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2000.
