Cathy Wright Isaacson

Cathy Isaacson has spent the last decade focused on smart investment in developing low income communities. She is Vice Chair of the Middle East Investment Initiative which delivers innovative finance and technical assistance to small and medium sized enterprises throughout the Middle East. She serves on the board of the New York Women’s Foundation, Idea Village, and the Link Stryjewski Foundation. She is a member of the Bezos Scholars Selection Committee and has served as a regional judge for the White House Fellows and on the boards of Maret School and the Washington Area Women’s Foundation.

Cathy worked for over 20 years as an attorney in private practice. She practiced at Hemenway & Barnes in Boston; Casey, Haythe & Krugman in New York; and Wright, Manning, Rips & Maloney in New York. Her areas of specialty included corporate transactions, business contracts, corporate and partnership formation, securities law and employment law.

She received her BA from Smith College and JD from Boston University School of Law.
