Over the course of his 40-year career, he has litigated numerous high-profile civil and criminal matters, often under intense media scrutiny. Bill practices in federal and state courts nationwide and has tried more than 60 cases to judgment. Named one of Washington, DC’s top 30 “Superstar” attorneys by Washingtonian magazine in 2011, Bill’s professional accomplishments have been noted with recognitions in publications such as The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, and Benchmark Litigation.
