Austin T. Powers

Austin is an Associate on the Asset Management team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s seniors housing and land-lease community businesses. Austin Joined Green Courte in 2022.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Austin worked at Knotel as an analyst focused on underwriting deals in the North American flexible office market. Earlier in his career, Austin worked in asset management and acquisitions roles as an analyst for Lincoln Property Company’s multifamily arm.

Austin graduated from The University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Real Estate.
