Shah Alam

Shah Alam is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President at Green Delta Insurance Company Limited since September 2017, Shah Alam is responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, branch-wise profit and loss accounts, and annual budget preparation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Shah Alam worked as a Senior Account Officer at Simtex Industries Limited, focusing on the preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliations while adhering to regulatory standards. Shah Alam began a career in auditing as an Audit Assistant at Ahmed Zaker & Co. Additionally, Shah Alam is pursuing professional education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and holds an MBA in Accounting from Dhaka College and a BBS (Hon's) from National University, along with certification as an Income Tax Practitioner from the National Board of Revenue.
