The Operations Team at Green Mountain Flagging is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of traffic control services. Led by the Chief Operating Officer, the team includes an Operations Manager who supervises field operations and a Scheduling Coordinator who ensures proper allocation of resources and personnel to meet client needs within budget constraints.
