Grant Barnes

Grant Barnes is an experienced development professional with a robust background in project management and military leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Green Room Partners, LLC since December 2024, Grant has previously held director roles at Third Lake Development, LLC, and associate development positions at Middle Street Partners, LLC. A former Infantry Officer with the United States Marine Corps, Grant managed a 40-man Marine Rifle Platoon and was instrumental in establishing a rapid response force for the American Embassy in Baghdad. Additionally, Grant has experience in financial analysis and consulting, having worked at The Legacy Foundation LLC and DATUM LLC, and holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
