Tim Gorman

Tim Gorman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset protection, safety, and operational compliance within the retail and cannabis sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Protection Solutions at Green Thumb Industries since June 2021, Gorman previously held key leadership roles at RTC as Vice President of Product Development, and as a Retail Innovation and Security Consultant at Guiding Retail & Security Solution Providers. Before that, Gorman spent over two decades at Walgreens, where roles included Vice President of Asset Protection Solutions and Senior Director of Asset Protection & Business Continuity, contributing to industry-leading safety and security strategies for a vast network of retail locations. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
