Eric V. Rowen

Eric V. Rowen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate litigation. Currently serving as Principal Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Litigation Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig since May 2006, Eric also chairs the Western Region Real Estate Litigation. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Vice Chair for Real Estate Litigation at Paul Hastings from March 2003 to April 2006, where coordination of real estate litigation was a key responsibility. Earlier career highlights include serving as President of ParkMedia LLC, focusing on real estate aggregation and corporate governance from September 1999 to February 2003, and as Partner and Real Estate Litigation Group Coordinator at Jones Day from May 1986 to August 1999, overseeing the West Coast real estate litigation practice group. Eric earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology and English from UC Irvine.
