Quinn Williams

Quinn Williams is a Corporate Securities Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, L.L.P. since July 2002, specializing in venture capital and private equity financings for fast-growing businesses in Arizona and the southwest. With over 20 years of experience, Quinn has represented public and private corporations, entrepreneurs, and investment funds. Additional roles include serving as a Board Member at Paysign, Inc. since August 2018 and previously holding the position of Corporate Partner at Snell & Wilmer from February 1989 to July 2002, where Quinn led the emerging business and venture capital practice. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Securities Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. Quinn holds a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an Executive Program degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, and a JD from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
