Zev Wercberger

Zev Wercberger currently serves as the Director of Construction at Metacomet Construction since September 2023. Zev is also the Founder of Grassroots Properties, established in March 2017, specializing in buying, renovating, and selling distressed homes throughout the Hudson Valley area. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Asset Management at Helm Equities, LLC from October 2021 to September 2023, and Senior Project Manager at Aview Equities from June 2019 to June 2021, focusing on residential and mixed-use properties in New York City. Earlier positions include Construction Project Manager at A&E Real Estate and General Contractor at Beacon HIP Lofts, LLC, managing a historic textile mill conversion project. Zev holds an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics & Science from SUNY Rockland and further education from NYU School of Professional Studies.
