Kristina Haley joined the company in June 2022. Prior to that she has 16 years of program and organizational management experience and excels at developing strategic plans and driving implementation. As a Associate Consultant, she focuses on change management. Kristina was an Education and Training specialist in the Air Force and culminated her 23 year military career by standing up Learning and Development programs for the newly established U.S. Space Force. She was her awarded her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Friends University in 2004, and her Master’s degree in Leadership from the University of Oklahoma in 2019.
