Richard Gibbons

Richard Gibbons is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Greendale Group since 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Corporate Finance Director at Burrington Estates, where Richard managed high-quality residential and commercial developments from 2021 to 2024. From 2019 to 2020, Richard was the Senior Commercial Manager at Richstone Properties, focusing on high-end residential projects. Richard's experience also includes a role as Senior Consultant in Business and Investor Advisory at Arup from 2016 to 2019, and significant tenure at PwC from 2010 to 2016, where Richard advanced from Associate to Senior Associate and Manager in Corporate Finance. Richard is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with ICAEW and holds an MSc in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS University of London, as well as a BA (Hons) in Anthropology from Durham University.
