Abeer Baker has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Manager of Program Management & Operations at Greenhouse Software, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Abeer worked at Citrix in multiple roles, including Manager of the Remediation Program Management Team and Agile Program Manager in Cyber Security. They also served as a Manager of IT Operations and Project Manager with a focus on Scrum Methodology.

Abeer's work experience also includes a contract role as a Project Analyst at American Tower, where they managed a large-scale project and migrated business processes. They also gained experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Brock & Scott, PLLC and in an administrative role at Law Office of Marshall C. Watson (n/k/a Choice Legal) & Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, P.L.

Additionally, Abeer has been a guest speaker at both the Dynatrace EMEA Perform Conference and the Dynatrace Global Perform Conference. Their early career included roles at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and David Wood Personnel, where they gained experience in administrative, accounting, and fundraising tasks.

Throughout their career, Abeer has obtained certifications such as CSM, ICP-APM, and PMP®. They have showcased expertise in program management, operations, agile methodologies, and business analysis.

Abeer Baker, CSM, ICP-APM, PMP®, holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American InterContinental University. Prior to this, Abeer attended Blanche Ely High School.
