Bill Richard, MA, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and IT operations. Currently serving as the Founding Investor for Green Light Fund Twin Cities since January 2020 and as Board Director and Chair for Minnesota Tech For Success, Bill has demonstrated significant commitment through various leadership roles. Previous positions include President Emeritus and Board Director at Habitat for Humanity, and Head of IT Service Management and IT Operations at MoneyGram International. Bill has a strong background in project management, team building, and operational efficiency, with a proven track record of reducing turnover and advancing automation across diverse teams. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Cloud State University, and a certification in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas.
